The excitement of the race the ability to be someone else in athletics

The drive to progress and get better every day

Inspire to achieve means that you need to have the urge and desire to propel you to achieve great things.

+ How do you use data for your training and racing?

I use heart rate, power, and time to help me be more specific in my approach to training. I also use this data to motivate me in my training.

Technology gives athletes so many more resources to better themselves and make their training time more valuable.

Hahaha ya I guess I liked math when I was understanding it, I do like science.

B.A. in Exercise Science and a minor in English from Brevard College

Winning my first college nationals, this was my first event I really trained to try and win.

Going off course in the middle of a big cyclocross race when in the lead group.

My mom. She is the most selfless person I know and always puts others before herself.
