Continuing to grow the overall depth of the team, Cylance Pro Cycling has added Willeke Knol and Malgorzata Jasińska to the 2017 roster. With Knol and Jasińska, Cylance Pro Cycling will build on the foundation of solid teamwork set in place in the 2016 season, adding versatility and consistency for a successful combination.
Malgorzata Jasińska, 32, a Rio Olympian for Poland, has been multi-time National Champion in both the time trial and road race. This season, she began with an impressive victory at the Tour de San Luis Gran Prix in Argentina. “Jasińska is a rider that can win races and this season she had good results at the most important races during the whole year. She is very close to the very top level and we believe next season she will reach it” explains Manel Lacambra, Director Sportif of Cylance Pro Cycling. With a consistent and aggressive style of riding, Jasińska has proven she has the ability to be a factor in every race she competes in next year.
At 25 years of age, with six years of professional riding under her belt, Willeke Knol of the Netherlands has competed in almost every race around the world. “She is a very good team player and will be a great support for Cylance Pro Cycling. Willeke has a lot of experience supporting Kirsten (Wild) in the sprints and will be important in this role in 2017,” states Lacambra. Known for her tremendous teamwork, notable determination, and infectious positivity, Knol will be a true asset to Cylance Pro Cycling’s success in 2017.
