Cylance Pro Cycling is heading back to Belgium for the iconic Spring Classics of the North, where the team will race Gent-Wevelgem on Sunday, March 26. This is the fourth UCI Women’s World Tour race on the calendar featuring some of the iconic climbs and cobbled roads of Flanders Field. The riders will race up the Kemmelberg, the Monteberg and the Baneberg, all with gradients exceeding 20%. It is always a challenging race that can select the strongest riders to compete in a sprint finish.
With plenty of success on the roads of the cobbled classics already, Cylance Pro Cycling will bring young rider Sheyla Guiterriez (ESP), who is showing great consistency in the Spring Classics. "We are getting to some of the most exciting races on the calendar," said Director Sportif, Manel Lacambra. "The riders are prepared for these Belgian races and are a great team that works together. We are ready to give these next races our best"
